I highly recommend this company! I had them replace my roof they worked nonstop 3 layers of old shingles had to be stripped off and areas of rot had to be replaced they came up short 1 piece of metal delaying the completion in 1 day. Jakob came out on Sunday afternoon to cover the area with a tarp r/t rain in the forecast they finished up on Monday. Hard working professional group of workers very pleased.

We used this company for our roof replacement and to do work on our daughter’s roof. Both jobs were completed in the time promised. We are happy with our roof. It was a total replacement. The work for my daughter’s roof was needed quickly due to potential water damage. They fit it into the schedule, worked with me on meeting due to my work schedule, they inspected to ensure more wasn’t needed and made recommendations. I appreciate being talked to with respect and I appreciate a company that keeps their word. I highly recommend them for all roofing needs. My daughter’s roof was recently replaced by another company, Primetime came in and corrected the other company’s mistakes.

I would give these guys+gals 10 stars if we could! When we reached out to have them inspect a leak we didn’t think it was anything serious. Come to find out we needed a new roof, and some drywall repairs.. they’d also found other damage and submitted it to our insurance. Paul was fantastic at walking us through the steps and speaking with our insurance agency, got it all covered!! He and his team were nothing but kind, patient, and respectful to us and our property! All of this lead to the actual repairs which were done so beautifully and properly, that we asked them for a quote on some things we’d been meaning to get to.. we got a new roof, 2 porch coverings, drywall repair, some plumbing, and new front porch steps built! this came with ease and we love how much value they’ve help add to our little home! 2 years ago my home was hit by a massive hail storm in Richmond. More than $100,000 of damage was done to my home and cars. Unfortunately at the time roofers were slammed and I had to have the work done by the first available. Today I would have been more patient. My roof was replaced by the first available and not the best. I’m having shingles fall off every month and the roofing company I chose then is now no place to be found. If I would have only known the folks at Primetime Roofing then! A Christian based business is not a gimmick, faith is the foundation you want in a service partner. I use the word partner because whether you realize now or not, when things go wrong, and they can and will over time, it’s who you choose today that will cover you tomorrow. Had some siding blow off my Dads house and called Primetime Roofing just to see if they did repairs. They were out within 24 hrs and got it fixed . Can’t tell there was ever any damage.
